Recycled Glass Sculpture and Jewelry

Robert Kahl's blown glass sculptures are enhanced by sand etching, giving each piece a unique glow. Robert began glass blowing over ten years ago. He started a business and developed his own style. Today he continues to experiment with numerous jewelry and glass forming techniques. For this show, Robert reused glass from bottles, windowpanes, and waste glass from a glass factory. Using methods of fusing, casting, and slumping, he creates stunning art from these humble castoffs.
