April 1 - April 11, 2016
Students from the Yolo CANVAS Project
Reception: Friday, April 11, 2016 , 7:00 to 9:00 P.M

Teachers Vicki Plutchok, Marilyn Moyle, and Dori Marshall are proud to present the work of their Yolo CANVAS clients. Yolo CANVAS (Connecting All Neighbors to Volunteers and Services) is made up of neighbors helping neighbors to provide supports, services, and activities that enrich the lives of people living with mental illness and other disabilities. The art classes are open to all members of our community, but fees are waived for low income participants. This exhibit includes work by residents of Pine Tree Gardens, Cesar Chavez Plaza and the Davis community, giving them a chance to put their creations before the public. You will be amazed when you see the drawings, paintings, art cards, adult coloring book designs, masks and silk paintings produced by these talented novices.
