Expanded Inventory
In response to the space limitations in each member’s display, we are launching a new Expanded Inventory Page that is available to ALL members. This is an in-store opportunity for our customers to see other items that you offer, that are not currently in your display. The work you display on the page must be work that you have been juried in for and is work that you would normally have for sale in the store.
Each artist will be provided a unique QR code for their in-store display. When a customer scans your QR code, they will be taken directly to your Expanded Inventory Page, where customers can click on “buy a piece of art”. A manager is then alerted about the inquiry, who will contact the artist and arrange to have the piece brought to the store. The manager will organize a pick up time with the customer when the piece is ready. The price will be run through the POS as usual, and the commission rate is 27% Artery/73% Artist.
The Expanded Inventory Page is similar to the webstore, except that this is for our in-store customers and the members are not providing the shipping.
Send your photos along with prices and dimensions to Linnea and Cindy. We are working as a team to upload your page. Please send photos as jpegs and name each photo with the name of the piece.
We will need a minimum of 6 pieces (1 photo per piece) to get started. Please let us know how the section title should read (i.e. “paintings”, “prints”, “hats”, etc).
If you take custom orders, let us know so we can add that to your page.
Shipping (if desired), will be charged to the customer’s card by PDQ (local shipping company). The artist no longer need to figure out the shipping nor provide shipping materials.
