In store: we accept returns and exchanges, for store credit, up to 30 days after purchase. All returns require a receipt.
Webstore: We do not accept returns on our webstore items; all sales are FINAL. We have packaged your item carefully to arrive safely at its destination. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and email us within 3 days with your order number. If breakage occurs in transit, a claim must be filed against the carrier as the Artery does not have control over transit conditions.
