I have always designed and made things. Clothing, Puppets, Beaded flowers and, for the past twenty years, jewelry. And I have always admired the arts and crafts of the world studying them in college, searching out antiques stores and browsing museums, and eventually traveling and learning first hand. 

The jewelry I compose brings together all these elements. Intriguing artifacts are melded with contemporary gemstones or metal. I try to bridge the centuries through this work honoring the artisans of the past by making something contemporary and new.
